Urban Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Planner to join our team in Warrington. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a key role in delivering residential developments from planning through to approval.

• Assisting with the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications.
• Engaging with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Supporting the promotion of sites through Local Plans and strategic planning processes.
• Preparing planning reports, conducting site appraisals, and monitoring changes in planning legislation.
• Attending meetings, site visits, and public consultations as required.

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Experience within a planning consultancy, housebuilder, or local authority is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• A proactive and motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
