Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Ullswater Inn, a multi-award-winning pub with rooms in the heart of the Lake District.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our inn, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and delivering excellent service
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver great food and drinks
  • Managing cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Supporting your team members to ensure seamless service delivery
