We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and factory infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of production equipment, including injection moulding machines and factory infrastructure
- Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment and document safety checks
- Conduct safety checks, including fire alarms and working at heights inspections
- Perform routine water checks, including legionella and salt levels
- Manage PAT testing requirements and coordinate third-party contractors
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and support the tooling maintenance team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician/Engineer with electrical and mechanical skills
- Background in manufacturing, with experience in maintaining machinery such as moulding machines, CNC equipment, conveyors, and robotics
- Ideally competent in both single-phase and three-phase electrical circuits, as well as 12/24V DC systems
- Basic IT proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
