Key Responsibilities

Are you ready to elevate your career in the construction industry? This role involves engaging with one of the largest projects in Scotland, focusing on high-value MEP services from the pre-construction phase through to delivery.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting feasibility studies and forecasting costs for various materials required for the project.
  • Preparing tender documentation, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Overseeing cash flow management for substantial MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compiling and distributing commercial reports to the project leadership team for Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).

Candidate Profile

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for individuals who:

  • Possess experience in the commercial management of high-value M&E projects.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Hold a degree and can demonstrate strong communication skills.
