We are reinventing Royal Mail for the future, and we're looking for a skilled Collections and Network Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in bringing trust to the doorstep and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

About the Role

As a Collections and Network Driver, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure that all mail is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers across Maidstone and surrounding areas
  • Manage your delivery route and ensure that all mail is delivered on time
  • Check post-boxes and visit post offices to collect mail
  • Visit business customers at prearranged times to collect mail
  • Sort mailbags and ensure that each piece gets to the right place at the right time

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, with opportunities for overtime and a contributory pension scheme. You will also receive 22.5 days' holiday, rising with length of service, and access to a range of discounts and benefits.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated
  • Happy walking for long periods and going outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and take pride in what you do
  • Looking for a role with flexible shift patterns
