Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the compliance team across two contracts, ensuring that all legal requirements are met and that our transportation operations are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Maintain Tachomaster, producing weekly and monthly reports to provide MI data and compliance performance.
- Implement, monitor, and follow legal compliance throughout the site, sharing best practices between sites and ensuring tasks are completed in line with the annual compliance audit.
- Review and improve compliance procedures and processes, implementing ideas and setting out action plans to ensure smooth implementation of change to the site.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, managing and leading the compliance of a large, fast-paced, multi-site transport operation.
- IT literate with experience of compliance systems and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
