**Job Opportunity**

City Property (Glasgow) LLP is seeking two experienced Chartered Building Surveyors to join our expanding Technical Team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide professional services and project management support to City Property Glasgow (Investments) and Glasgow City Council.
  • Support the implementation of the capital plan for investment in City Property assets, including the procurement of works for new-build projects and refurbishment of existing properties.
  • Manage a portfolio of non-operational surplus land and property assets, identifying opportunities for de-risking, re-purposing, or sale.
  • Collaborate with the City Property Valuation & Disposals Team and Service Departments within Glasgow City Council to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • MRICS qualification and experience in Building Surveying across a diverse portfolio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
