Responsibilities:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct MOT inspections and repairs where required (if qualified).
  • Ensure all work is performed in line with manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
  • Work efficiently during night shifts, maintaining productivity and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified vehicle technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a main dealership or similar environment.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a range of vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • MOT tester certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
