Reed Legal is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor for a friendly, flexible Legal Practice based near Romford. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Conveyancing and be a qualified Solicitor. Key responsibilities include advising clients on the property buying and selling process, researching land and property ownership, conducting searches with local authorities, drafting sale contracts, and communicating with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors. The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to examine property titles and financial records. Benefits include 23 days annual leave, lunches, summer barbecue, annual salary review, Christmas events, and a bonus scheme. Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. Location: near Romford. Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
