Network and Infrastructure ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Infrastructure Architect to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports our operations across the Americas region.
Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, stakeholders, and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive network security policies and procedures, aligning with global standards.
- Design, configure, and maintain a robust MPLS WAN/SD-WAN infrastructure using Cisco routers and switches.
- Manage and oversee virtual networks utilizing VMware and SAN storage systems, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on IT solutions, leveraging best practices for hardware and software to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of all production hardware, including refresh planning and responsible recycling.
- Act as a technical escalation point for multiple teams, resolving complex issues and ensuring project success.
- Support and optimize global mobile infrastructure using MDM solutions.
- Manage technical projects involving new technology implementations, upgrades, and updates across the IT landscape.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
