Pre-Sales Technical Team Leader

**Job Summary:**
As a Pre-Sales Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing market-leading pre-sale technical support to our customers. You will focus on Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and MVHR products, acting as the first tier of pre-sale support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent customer service in conjunction with top-quality engineering and problem-solving skills
* Maintain and develop technical service with support from line manager
* Ensure the team produces accurate quotations relating to Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation range
* Ensure resource allocation to support customers, sales departments, and other internal functions
* Ensure the team provides accurate, concise, well-written, technical advice that consistently meets quality standards
* Track, benchmark, and develop technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintained and Pre-sales team is aligned
* Training support for customers and account managers
* Be the first point of contact with other departments for technical support
* Achieve key performance indicators

**Requirements:**
* 3 years of experience within the Air to Water Heat Pump industry
* Experience in management or team leading
* Excellent understanding of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, water-based heating systems, and their application
* Knowledge of building regulations
* IT literate with Microsoft office packages
* Organizational and time management skills
* Excellent business sense and commercial awareness
