Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 15:00 - 23:00

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd.


The Quality Assurance Technician will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily and weekly reports on Audit failures, Internal Complaints, and Gate Data.
  • Performing Audits across Sheet Metal, Paint, and Assembly products, including warehouse items.
  • Assisting in the implementation and completion of internal 4D problem-solving initiatives.
  • Leading and participating in team activities related to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and Six Sigma projects.
  • Measuring capabilities through ISIR/CPK and generating detailed reports.
  • Organizing and delivering Quality training to various departments as required.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to guide responses to Customer and Internal Concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical engineering ONC or relevant experience in quality assurance roles. A City & Guilds 743 Quality Assurance Qualification or equivalent is essential.

Additionally, candidates should have operational experience with Problem-Solving systems and procedures, and ideally some training in Quality Auditing to ISO 19011:2011.

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


This role is dynamic and requires the ability to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure and independently. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, contribute positively to the Quality Management team, and exhibit flexibility and proactivity, including willingness to work overtime or weekends if necessary.
