Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support across multiple technology platforms, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Collaborate with VIP Support staff to deliver onsite, remote, and occasional at-home support to executives.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to leadership and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support enterprise solutions across Microsoft, Apple, and Android device management platforms, as well as Microsoft O365.
  • Design and implement solutions using Intune, Azure, and JAMF.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN/LAN issues, including patch replication and deployment.
  • Apply IT general practices and methods with in-depth technical knowledge of Active Directory, Desktop Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Device Management, Endpoint Security, and related skills.
  • Utilize network concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and other related skills.
  • Experience with large implementations of Device management using tools such as JAMF, Intune, SCCM, and others.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of IT general practices and methods.
