We are seeking a dedicated Student Support and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Perth Academy. This role is a fixed-term position focused on providing essential support to students, ensuring their welfare and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Principal Teachers of Support to identify students and families requiring assistance.
  • Engage with young individuals in a compassionate and restorative manner, fostering a positive environment.
  • Conduct home visits and maintain regular communication with parents and families to facilitate support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with young people, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach. We value individuals who are empathetic and skilled in building relationships.
