With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the company is seeking a seasoned Linux and Storage Solutions Architect to serve as a product authority. In this role, you will engage in daily technical operations and escalations, working directly with clients. Your responsibilities will include consulting on pre-sales and technical sales initiatives, as well as resolving advanced technical support challenges in collaboration with customers and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hybrid role at client locations.

  1. Responsible for managing daily technical operations and escalations, including direct involvement in resolving technical support issues through effective communication with customers and development teams.
  2. Execute customer installations, upgrades, and expansions.
  3. Facilitate regular monthly and quarterly customer review sessions.
  4. Become a recognized product authority.
  5. Act as a Trusted Advisor to both the customer’s technical team and the internal account management team.
  6. Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure comprehensive adoption of products by customers.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing, post-sales roles involving complex storage solutions.
  2. In-depth knowledge and experience in Linux system administration and the Linux operating system.
  3. Strong understanding of networking principles, with practical experience in network configurations on Linux and troubleshooting.
  4. Proficiency in scripting and programming, with required skills in bash scripting and familiarity with additional programming languages.
  5. Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices.
  6. Extensive experience in file systems and scale-out NAS implementation, particularly NFS.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
