About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) forward, inspiring and guiding a team of staff, members, and partners to deliver our ambitious plans.

As our new Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for transforming, advancing, and growing the IMI, aligning with our strategic objectives and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement ambitious growth plans
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver the skills and competences required by the automotive retail sector
