We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team at ACS Construction Group Ltd. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement HSE Management Systems: Create and maintain effective HSE management systems that comply with ISO 45001 and 14001 requirements, as well as relevant HSE legislation.
- Site Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective HSE management and compliance.
- 5+ Years of HSE Experience: Proven experience in a safety, health, and environmental role, with a strong understanding of HSE legislation and regulations.
- Nebosh Diploma and IEMA Certification: Hold a Nebosh Diploma in Health and Safety and an IEMA Environmental Management certificate.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £40-45,000, negotiable depending on experience.
