As a Consultant in our Digitalisation Service Line, you will work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality GIS data and maps that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical GIS expertise to multi-disciplinary impact assessment and infrastructure projects
  • Deliver GIS data and maps to client specifications
  • Coordinate data, deliverables, tasks, and teams
  • Ensure quality assurance and data validation
  • Scope and price the GIS element of projects

You will be part of a dynamic team that sits within our Environment and Health market, working on a diverse range of international projects. Our team provides specialist consultancy to clients across various sectors, including major road and rail projects, wind farms, energy transmission, district heating, biodiversity, and liveable city projects. We also drive digital transformation projects that improve workflows and deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Experience of major road, rail, or energy projects in a senior or lead role
  • Expert-level knowledge of ESRI GIS products, including ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise
  • Experience of automating the processing and analysis of environmental data using Arcpy or FME
  • Working knowledge of the UK biodiversity metric and Biodiversity Net Gain
  • Ability to prioritize workload, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with project teams
