Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the contractual and financial aspects of our projects, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and evaluate tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Negotiate variations in contracts and monitor project progress in terms of costs, budgets, and timelines
* Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects
* Provide expert advice on contractual claims and disputes
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in cost control within the construction industry
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in using relevant software for quantity surveying
* Effective communication and negotiation skills

**What We Offer**

* 20% annual bonus
* Travel required around the country
* Working hours generally 8-5 Monday to Friday
