We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the procurement process, ensuring timely deliveries and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate with suppliers to agree on pricing, quantities, and deliveries.
- Track and manage deliveries to ensure business-critical dates are met.
- Update received deliveries on internal systems.
- Process purchasing requests and raise purchase orders.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Assist with the RMA process.
- Work effectively with the projects team and pre-sales to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Manage DOA equipment by securing replacement items promptly.
- Provide reporting to management on purchase price variances and delivery times.
- Effectively communicate with the business to address risks and problematic equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using SAGE and Sage 50.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in procurement or administration is preferred.
