Alecto Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a rapidly expanding renewable energy company specializing in solar panel systems across the UK.

We are currently seeking a skilled Solar PV Installation Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing new build installations alongside an electrician and labourer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing in-roof solar PV systems on new-build properties
  • Mounting and stringing of solar PV panels
  • Covering East Anglia predominantly (1.5/2 hours from the office max)
  • Standard hours are 8am-5pm

Requirements:

  • 1+ year Solar PV installation experience OR Roofing experience and a willingness to learn Solar
  • Experience working with GSE / Viridian systems is highly advantageous
  • ECS/CSCS card required
  • Working at heights and basic scaffold certification is ideal
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points)
  • Ability to work successfully with a team
