Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist for Financial Client Migration

Lithe Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Platform Migration Specialist to provide technical support for a global consultancy's financial client migration from mainframe to AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's development team to migrate data and systems from mainframe to a Java-based platform.
• Utilize AWS expertise to ensure a seamless migration process.
• Develop and implement code to support the migration.
• Provide technical consultancy to the client's team.

Requirements:

• Experience with IBM mainframe development and CICS Cobol.
• Proven track record of successful migrations from mainframe to cloud platforms.
• Strong Java skills and experience with AWS.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days/week onsite.

Contract Details:

• Initial contract duration: 6 months.
• Possibility of contract extensions beyond 1 year.
