Role Overview: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential customers interested in EON Energy services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound inquiries, assisting customers who wish to transition to EON Next as their energy supplier.
Location: On-site
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:45 AM to 5:15 PM
Compensation: Annual salary of £22,584.43 (£11.55 per hour) plus an attractive performance-based bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking energy solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Occasionally conduct outbound calls to retain customers or assist with account transitions.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage customer objections and complaints with professionalism and care.
Training: You will undergo a comprehensive four-week training program, which includes both classroom instruction and practical experience. This training is fully compensated, and ongoing support will be provided throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work between 10 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Ability to earn a performance bonus of up to £350 per month based on attendance and sales metrics.
- Commitment to working a total of 37.5 hours per week without weekend shifts.
- Attention to detail and adherence to industry regulations are crucial for success in this role.
