About the Role:

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium-sized multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices nationwide. The company covers a range of projects, including residential, hotels, commercial, education, healthcare, and student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in a range of projects and, when ready, start running projects from inception to completion with the support of an MRICS qualified Partner.
  • Work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, hotels, commercial, education, healthcare, and student accommodation.
  • Collaborate with the internal APC team to support, plan, and monitor your progress towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a PQS/consultancy.
  • Basic pre- and post-contract knowledge.
