Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities in their own homes.
  • Assist with intimate personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
