Join Our Team as a Regulatory Operations Associate

IPG Health is a leading health marketing agency network, comprising over 45 agencies and 5,000+ professionals across six continents. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Operations Associate to partner with our brand teams in preparing and submitting promotional materials to client submission portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple brands in preparing and submitting promotional materials
  • Manage client submission portals and proactively address questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Requirements:

  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Basic skills in Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus)
