Head of Sector Business Development

Join our team as a strategic leader in business development for a global boutique law firm.

This international boutique law firm is a leader in key areas including transport, energy, and insurance. The business development and marketing function is headed by an inspiring and supportive leader who has driven significant growth.

In this role, you will lead the sector business development team (10-12 members) and be responsible for:

  • Managing the team's day-to-day activities
  • Oversight of sector BD plans and ensuring alignment with the firm's strategy
  • Effective budget management
  • Developing and enhancing processes for cross-selling and knowledge sharing
  • Conducting client listening and feedback
  • Driving profile-raising initiatives and campaigns across sectors
  • Reporting and analysis of BD activities

You will have significant business development experience in a major international law firm, with a proven track record of leading a sizeable team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic leadership and is willing to roll up their sleeves to drive results.
