About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role, with a strong background in kitchen management and culinary skills.
