Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team at One Way Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a gang of groundworkers and plant operators, liaising with the site team, and promoting health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of groundworkers and plant operators
• Liaise with the site team to ensure smooth project execution
• Promote health and safety on site
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First aid certification
• Experience in groundworks or civil engineering
