Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a reputable independent chartered accountancy practice in Eastbourne to find an exceptional Accounts Senior. Our client values a positive team environment and is committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents for personal and business clients.
- Provide VAT advice and compliance services to clients.
- Develop and maintain technical and professional skills through ongoing training and access to CPD programs.
- Coach and train junior staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in accounting and taxation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 2-3 years of post-AAT qualified experience or ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Proven experience in accounts preparation in an accountancy practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
