Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our work-winning function, you will play a vital role in managing and contributing to the bid process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead kick-off meetings, workshops, and bid sign-off sessions to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Review and analyze client documents to identify key bid requirements, providing valuable insights to inform our bid strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet submission deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Develop clear and compelling bid responses that capture attention and stand out from the competition.
  • Articulate our competitive advantage and value propositions, highlighting our unique strengths and differentiators.
  • Conduct research and gather information from live projects to inform case studies and enhance our bid responses.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant subject, such as English, marketing, engineering, or construction, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise language.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
