Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently move goods between different locations within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Record rental assets using our state-of-the-art system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Interact with various teams to meet the needs of the business, providing excellent communication and customer service.
Essential Skills:
  • Driven to achieve and maintain the highest quality and service standards.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn our in-house asset management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, with a positive approach to work and a commitment to safety.
  • Flexible to work overtime and occasional weekends as required by the business.
