Key Account Manager Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at WR Logistics. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, and developing existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Focus on retaining and growing existing clients through effective account management and relationship-building
* Ensure the CRM system is being used effectively to track, monitor, and report on business opportunities
* Invoicing, quoting, and negotiating rates with clients
* Ensure quality client deliverables are achieved and service levels met
* Play a key role in new business pitches and be responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
* Act as the key interface between allocated customers and all relevant departments
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

**Requirements**

* Experience in similar Account Manager roles
* 3-5 years sales experience
* Freight Forwarding background in Road Freight, Air Freight, or Ocean Freight
