We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to support students with SEN and SEMH needs in our outstanding school.
As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Our ideal candidate will have a First-Class Psychology Degree or related degree from a Top 30 UK University, with a passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN and SEMH needs in a classroom or 1:1 setting
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and happiness of all students
