**Job Purpose:**

The primary objective of this role is to carry out safety checks, reactive works, planned maintenance servicing, and general repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Perform reactive and planned maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance within the construction sector, data hall industry, or critical engineering.
  • Qualifications in electrical installation, such as City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building services and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
