Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Controller to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, kitting, and delivering items. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security of our inventory and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the store is manned with suitably qualified and experienced personnel to meet expected outputs.
  • Train, assign, schedule, plan, and discipline team members as needed.
  • Coordinate resource requests with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Control material, consumables, and inventory of special project spares and associated clean room materials.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with daily management tasks and contribute to the development of continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and recommend changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a logistics, materials, exposure, or stores management position.
  • Experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
  • A good level of understanding and application of warehouse methods, principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Experience in Export control and handling dangerous goods.
