Overview:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Lead Project Surveyor to join a prominent Regional Main Contractor. This organization is recognized for its diverse portfolio across public, regulated, and private sectors, maintaining a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive solutions and high-quality project execution.

The company operates with a turnover of £5 million, managing projects that range from £250,000 to £12 million, covering various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Multiroom, and Public Services.


Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Project Surveyor, you will be pivotal in overseeing the management, direction, and successful delivery of construction projects. Your primary objective will be to control construction costs while maximizing profit margins and ensuring value for money for clients, all while meeting the required standards and quality benchmarks.

You will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the construction sector, particularly with a main contractor, focusing on Design and Build projects.
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
  • Car Allowance.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
  • 34 days of annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
