Mentus Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Specialty Doctor or Associate Specialist to work in a Female Acute inpatient hospital. This is a full-time opportunity to innovate and lead in service development within a well-established service that aims to continually improve and deliver excellent care for our female inpatients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients
- Liaise effectively with external professionals and carers
- Provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers and Tribunal hearings
- Work towards safe discharges
- Be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
- Full GMC registration
- Experience working in psychiatry within multidisciplinary teams
- To be in good standing for CPD with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- To be linked in with an appraisal process within the last year
- At least 3 years' experience in psychiatry
- Experience working as a doctor within similar environment
