About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Manor House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to residents with mental health needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience working in mental health care, with a focus on supporting male patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care and support
