We are seeking an experienced Children's Worker to join our Leaving Care Team as a Personal Advisor. As a Personal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in creating positive outcomes for vulnerable children.

  • Provide guidance and support to children in care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Leaving Care Team to ensure seamless transitions
