Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our esteemed organization, Harris Hill. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel for essential meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Team. This includes:

  1. Serving as the Secretary for Executive Team Meetings and Trustee Board sessions, which involves:
  • Organizing meetings and preparing detailed agendas.
  • Managing the agenda cycles to ensure timely discussion of all pertinent items.
  • Collating, editing, preparing, printing, and distributing all necessary meeting documents via postal and electronic means.
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and communication of a 12-month rolling business cycle for the Executive Team and Trustee Board, ensuring:
  • Regular reporting is conducted at appropriate intervals.
  • Ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintaining records of Trustee Board training to ensure adherence to all Trust and regulatory requirements.Facilitating fit and proper checks on Directors and ensuring that related party declarations are current.Providing administrative assistance to the Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.Qualifications
