Donations Coordinator

Combat Stress is the UK's leading mental health charity for veterans. Our mission is to provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Donations Assistant to join our Individual Giving Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing online charity donations and trading arm payments, taking donations over the phone, and answering supporter queries.

• Process online charity donations and trading arm payments
• Take donations over the phone and answer supporter queries
• Provide excellent supporter care and ensure a positive experience for our supporters
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve fundraising goals

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience working with online donation sites or charity CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
