ROLE PURPOSE:
We seek driven, customer-oriented individuals to join us as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians.

The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold safety standards, conduct timely preventative maintenance, and ensure optimal equipment availability through ongoing improvements.


WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, Day shifts only.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify health and safety best practices and encourage adherence among peers.
  • Engage in hands-on work while demonstrating expert knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in the facility.
  • Guide and mentor technicians on duty.
  • Ensure high equipment availability for internal customers through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
  • Foster positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics.
  • Oversee contractor management.
  • Instruct operational teams on proper equipment usage.
  • Provide on-site support and manage escalations for high-severity issues.
  • Coordinate with specialist subcontractors as necessary.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory using APM systems.
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance for all MHE equipment on-site.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completed a full engineering apprenticeship and/or hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task recording.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team members.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and workloads simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing multiple contractors.
  • Background in a multi-site operational environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting building systems such as HVAC, dock doors, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Apprentice trained, HNC, or HND qualifications.
