Job Title: Technical Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Application Support Specialist to join our team at 1Tech Staffing Limited. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
  • Act as a technical resource and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize modern source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps to manage projects efficiently.
  • Develop add-ons and integrations using SAP and various third-party technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a SAP environment, with hands-on expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to support junior staff.
  • Solid technical knowledge in software programming, with proficiency in multiple modern programming languages.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new SAP technologies and related tools.
