About the Role

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of 'quality service' for RPS Group, providing expert advice and ensuring a positive service perception for employees and organizations.
  • Support RPS business development and growth by identifying and winning new clients.
  • Provide proactive occupational health services to client companies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and preventing adverse health effects.
Requirements
  • RGN qualified, ideally with a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • Willingness to undertake personal CPD to maintain NMC registration.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Strong team player and able to lead by example.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel with some overnight stays.
