About the Sub Agent Role

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our team on a large-scale civil engineering project in North Wales. This project offers a unique challenge and the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions to engineering challenges
  • Assist in developing and integrating project programmes
  • Manage designs from internal and external sources
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborate on resource, plant, and material requirements
  • Mentor junior members of the engineering team
  • Implement value engineering strategies
  • Handle RFI's and Technical Queries effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering
  • Background in engineering and setting out
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
