About the Role:

The Biltmore Mayfair is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high standards are maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
  • Excellent Bartending skills, with a passion for mixology and cocktail creativity.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional customer care skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to anticipate guests' needs and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner.
