Vehicle Technician Job Description

Avant Recruit is proud to be partnering with a market leader in the Motor Industry to find a skilled Vehicle Technician. This permanent role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle services to meet manufacturer standards
  • Conduct repairs according to specified standards
  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Liaise with customers to provide excellent service
  • Road test vehicles as necessary
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, or similar)
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Preferably hold MOT Tester qualifications
  • Be a team player and willing to work Saturdays on rotation
