We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV driver to join our team at The Best Connection in Nottingham. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for making multidrop deliveries within a 50-mile radius of our site.

Job Specification:
  • Deliver goods to various locations within a designated area
  • Start your day early to ensure timely deliveries
  • Follow established routes and schedules to ensure efficient delivery
  • Use tail lifts and pallet trucks as needed to handle deliveries
  • Stay in contact with our traffic office to coordinate deliveries
  • Enjoy free onsite parking for your vehicle
Driver Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Class 2 driver
  • No DR/DD on your driving license
  • No more than 6 points on your license (minor offenses only)
  • Current digital tachograph and DQC card
  • Ability to handball at delivery if necessary
  • Good understanding of Drivers Hours Regulations and Working Time Regulations
  • Good geographical knowledge of the area
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team
