Maintenance Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment with cutting-edge machinery and a strong focus on manufacturing principles. You will be working on a variety of machines, including die casting machines, furnaces, hydraulic presses, conveyors, injection moulding machines, assembly cells, ABB robots, Siemens PLCs, and CNCs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of maintenance engineers to ensure the efficient operation of production facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with team lead/supervising experience
  • Level 3 qualified in a multi-skilled discipline (mechanical or electrical)
  • Experience with 3-phase motors, contactors, sensors, relays, and other electrical systems
  • Knowledge of robotics, die-casting, CNC machines, and automotive experience is advantageous
